Do planks and give thanks! Gradually build your core strength and stability by completing planks for an allotted amount of time provided on the challenge tracker. Healthier Holidays
Tuesday, Nov. 14 from 12-12:30 p.m. CT
Learn how to have a happy and healthier holiday season! Wellness Coordinator Morgan Blake will lead this interactive holiday event. We’ll be using the platform Mentimeter and provide a link to join on the day of the event. Two participants chosen at random will win a prize!

How to do a Plank
Wednesday, Nov. 1 from 12-12:20 p.m. CT
The plank is a great exercise to strengthen your core muscles. Join this session to learn how to do traditional, forearm and wall planks, along with modifications to help you prevent injuries while strengthening your core muscles. Every Monday: Yoga for All
Monday, Nov. 6, 13, 20 and 27 from 12-12:15 p.m. CT
Join this 15-minute live virtual yoga class each week that’s suitable for beginners and relaxing for all fitness levels. Poses will be either seated in a chair or standing. No special equipment or attire is needed.
